You’re back at ClevverTV. I’m Joslyn Davis in our Hollywood studios with scoop on Zac Efron’s newest role. The actor, who for the record is a boneafied movie star these days, just signed on to a movie that he’s apparently been interested in doing for quite some time. The film just solidified Fredrik Bond as its director, and with that settled, according to the Hollywood Reporter, Zefron is fully committed. Z will play a normal kid from the burbs, who travels to Eastern Europe and gets a whole lot more than he bargains for. He falls in love with a young lady and then learns that her ex-boyfriend is a member of the criminal underworld. Zac’s character will go on quite the journey to get the girl and survive, and yes, we’re expecting a ton of action here. The film was initially titled “The Necessary Death of Charlie Countryman,” although we’re not sure at this time if that’s the finalized name. Another thing we know nothing of at the moment is who will land the role of leading lady in this flick. So who would you all like to see alongside Zac?
