Emma Watson Puts On An American Accent For ‘The Perks of Being Wallflower’

The British actress has already wrapped up shooting on the second Deathly Hallows flick, and she seems very excited about what her future holds. E told Vogue that for the past several years, she’s “had no control over [her] life,” and has “lived in complete bubble.” Now that she’s outside of the HP bubble, Emma has decided to take a break from her studies at Brown University and work on a new film alongside Logan Lerman and Nina Dobrev called “The Perks of Being Wallflower.” Aside from the obvious fact that this movie will be different from other films we’ve seen Emma in because it will have nothing to do with Harry Potter, we can also look forward to hearing her American accent. She did a bit of a test run with MTV, which was really funny, and Emma seemed nervous about. She sounded great though and we’re looking forward to seeing her in a new role.
